Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-hours of receipt.

To determine your shipping cost -

Shipping costs - by Federal Express - including insurance will depend upon your shipping address state. To see the exact cost just click the "Add-to-Cart" button - you are not at this stage ordering anything - just querying the system.

On the first Shopping Cart Overview page there is a section at bottom left of the page where you can enter the abreviation letters for your State or Province - it will then provide you with a calculated estimate of your total cost including any shipping and/or sales tax that might be applicable.

Accessories and Spare Parts are always shipped separately from the cart which is securely packed in moulded polystyrene which leaves no room for additions. Accessories are shipped by either Federal Express or by USPS Priority Mail. Costs for Shipping and Handling apply to all orders for Accessories and Spare Parts

EXPORT ORDERS

Canada. Use the Shopping Cart in the usual way. To see applicable freight costs to your Province just check the Shopping cart as above.

We will be charging no taxes – US or Canadian – and will not be responsible for any local taxes, duty, or importation costs that might be applicable. Some customers utilize existing importation arrangements, others would typically pay any such costs through their local Federal Express office.

For other countries apart from Canada instead of using the Shopping Cart automatic ordering system please just call our Sales Dept so that the correct freight costs can be included.

International surcharge. There is an automatic charge levied on all export orders - also orders paid with a foreign credit card. This is calculated at a rate of 2.75% - with a minimum of $10.
