FREIGHT INFORMATION

SUBSIDIZED FREIGHT OPTION

1          Mainland US only. When this option is available on certain products you will pay only a fixed contribution towards the full freight cost - dependent upon the area involved this represents about a half of the actual costs. This Subsidized Freight Option is offered by KOLNEX to provide you with a fast economic, reliable, low cost service to addresses within all states of the contiguous mainland US

2          GOLF CARTS (and heavier or larger items like batteries). To ensure fast problem-free shipment to you, we now ship by UPS from either Three Rivers CA or Los Angeles CA. Tracking numbers are sent out automatically to you from UPS by e-mail

3          SPARE PARTS. All smaller items are usually sent out by US Mail - so if a PO Box is used for receipt of US Mail please make sure to include this in the Shipping address

4          Alaska and Hawaii. Please call our sales office for freight costs

5          Refurbished carts are shipped out from Three Rivers CA by UPS Ground and the freight is charged at cost.

When inventory allows orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-hours of order receipt.

TO DETERMINE YOUR SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs - by UPS will depend upon your shipping address state. To see the exact cost just click the "Add-to-Cart" button - you are not at this stage ordering anything - just querying the system.

On the first Shopping Cart Overview page there is a section at bottom left of the page where you can enter the abbreviation letters for your State or Province - this Shopping Car page is linked to the UPS tables and will provide you with a calculated estimate of your total cost including any shipping and/or sales tax that might be applicable

Additional accessories and Spare Parts are always shipped separately from the cart which is securely packed in molded foam sections which leave no room for additions. Accessories are shipped by USPS mail or UPS. Costs for Shipping and Handling apply to all orders for Accessories and Spare Parts.

EXPORT ORDERS

Canada. Use the Shopping Cart in the usual way. To see applicable freight costs to your Province just check the Shopping cart as above.

Kolnex charges no taxes – US or Canadian – and will not be responsible for any local taxes, duty, or importation costs that might be applicable. Some customers utilize existing importation arrangements, others would typically pay any such costs through their local UPS office.

For other countries apart from Canada instead of using the Shopping Cart automatic ordering system please just call our Sales Dept. so that the correct freight costs can be quoted and included

International surcharge. There is an automatic charge levied on all export orders - also orders paid with a foreign credit card. This is calculated at a rate of 2.75% - with a minimum of $10.

PART EXCHANGE & REFURBISHED ITEMS

Return items to be exchanged to: KOLNEX. 42156 W Mynatt Drive. Three Rivers. CA 93271. Make sure to use a carrier like UPS that provides proof-of-delivery, and enclose name and address of sender so this can be tied to your order.
