Our golf club members had been purchasing Bat Kaddies but have not been satisfied with them after about a year of use.. the frame is not strong..the LTD 400 has a much better frame.. We received the cart, and my husband is thrilled with it, he now can't wait to start playing golf again. Just wanted to thank you for your help and let you know. Must say, even though it is winter here in the East, we loved our carts - the best device going!!! Used our trolley for the first time - loved it. Thinking about buying a second one for my wife. We received the new cart last week and have been on the course every day. It works beautifully. Love the trolley. Thank you for your help Friday. Everything is working fine.

purchased two of these carts for my parents. They love the carts. More importantly, I have never done business with any company with a higher emphasis on customer satisfaction. I have had two small issues in the past year and when I called for support, there were no questions asked. This company just said "No Problem", I will send you the new part tomorrow. If you are considering buying a power cart, this is the company you want to deal with.
